A customer hosted us for dinner last night. She is a combination of Norwegian, Sweden and Irish. The homemade meal was purely Swedish with Swedish meat balls (fresh made NOT from Ikea) and a great apple pie made with a batter rather than a crust. Could be a future Thanksgiving staple.
