Sue's purchases and travels

Judy Collins has a song called Secret Gardens of the Heart and in it the line "My Grandmother's House is still there but it isn't the same..." My Grandmother's house was in West Philadelphia near the airport. It was torn down years ago when a new development (that never happened) was planned. I remember, years ago, flying in a prop plane over the old neighborhood and seeing a Lilac Bush in bloom. I don't know if it was my Grandmother's but there is a good chance it was. Today the Lilac bushes at my shop and in my home Garden are thriving with blossoms. Their fragrance is so powerful that one MUST stop and smell them. I've brought them into my house and the shop to fill the air with their scent and the rooms with their delicate beauty. Now is the time to put out whatever little dish or frame or vase you have that has a little touch of Lilac color. Place the flowers near them...add a third item and enjoy a spring revival in your home!
