Peter's Cousin Jaak and his wife Wenche provided yet another fun evening of food, drink and song. We had the dining room of Paarps-Gard to ourselves and enjoyed a meal which included Fresh Asparagus (from the restaurant's own garden) Reindeer (Hunted on their own grounds) and an unusual "cheesecake" made with almonds and heavy cream. There were speeches, toasts, and multiple performers. The night officially ended at 11:00 but most of the younger cousins stayed on until 1:00 in the morning and enjoyed more song, drink, and fun!
